4. Hosting
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Strasse 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Delivery takes place via a data centre in Berlin.
When you access the site, access data is processed automatically: IP address, date and time of access, the address requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in the secure and trouble-free operation of the website. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
5. Server log files
The provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files which your browser transmits automatically. This data is not merged with other data sources. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, generally after seven days.
6. Contact form
If you send us an enquiry using the form on this website, the details you provide in the form, including the contact details you give, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry. The message is transmitted by e-mail to our mailbox at office@digitalvalues.me. No external mail service provider is involved.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or to pre-contractual measures. In all other cases the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in processing the enquiries addressed to us.
The data will be deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
7. Contact by e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp
If you contact us by any of these means, your details will be stored in order to process your request. The legal basis and deletion correspond to section 6.
This website contains links to WhatsApp. No script from WhatsApp or Meta is loaded unless you click the link. Only when you click do you establish a connection to the servers of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, at which point your IP address is transmitted to the provider. We have no influence over this processing. 8. Google Maps
This website embeds a map from Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
The map only loads after you have explicitly activated it with a click. Before that, no connection to Google is established and no data is transmitted to Google. Only when you click are your IP address and details of your browser transmitted to Google, possibly also to servers in the USA.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give with that click. You can withdraw this consent at any time by reloading the page and not activating the map again.

9. Cookies
This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking purposes.
The only cookie set is a strictly necessary one that stores your language choice (wp-wpml_current_language). Without this cookie the website could not display the language you have selected. The legal basis is § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG; consent is not required for this.
No cookie banner is therefore displayed.
10. No analytics, no tracking
This website does not use any tools for reach measurement or tracking. In particular, no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta pixel, no Matomo and no comparable services are in operation. No profiling takes place.
11. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are served from our own server. There is no connection to servers operated by Google Fonts or other providers, and your IP address is not transmitted to third parties in this context.
12. SSL and TLS encryption
For security reasons, this site uses an encrypted connection. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser’s address bar changes from “http://” to “https://”. When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
13. Changes to this privacy policy
We will amend this privacy policy as soon as changes to the website or to the legal situation make this necessary. The version published here applies in each case.
